Annual Report Seminar
The final task of the Young Enterprise programme is for each enterprise company to complete an Annual Report.
The purpose of the Annual Report is for companies to communicate to external parties the activities and progress of the company. Whereas the Business Plan was a plan for what they intended to happen to their company, the Annual Report is what has happened over the life of the company.
Each year, local business experts provide Southland Young Enterprise students the opportunity to attend a one hour training session on the writing and presentation of an Annual Report.
Students will learn the elements to a successful annual report and receive tips and tools to assist them in putting their reports together.
An award for the 'Best Annual Report' is presented at the Southern Group Training Trust End of Year Awards in October.
