The Trade stands can involve all Company personal who get a
chance to show the schemes, the successes and the ‘can do’ attitude
of the Company.
There are 2 opportunities for Trade stands and awards.

To participate:
1. STANDARDS
• Boxes, cartons, packages,
and spare stock must be kept out of
p.view at all times. Litter and other waste must be removed
p.immediately.
• As part of your display stand remember to try to include a
banner
p.or logo from your school. You could also ask your mentor if
their
p.company would like to display their logo or banner on your
stand,
p.also you could mention your sponsors.
2. TABLES
• Tables will be provided but you
need to provide an appropriate
p.tablecloth so please ensure it is clean and in good
condition.
3. SIGNAGE
• Please ensure all signage has a
light coloured background and
ppbe of professional standard. NO HANDWRITTEN SIGNAGE WILL BE
ppACCEPTED. Your signs should identify the school you are
ppassociated with.
4. POWERPOINTS
• Please check with the
coordinator to see if these are available,
G some years, venues do not have them.
G If they are, the Companies that require power points will need
to
G bring along extension cords and double adapters.
5. NOTICEBOARDS
6. SAFETY
• Please make sure you have a safe bag or
money belt for
ppyour takings, and some change to start the day. There must
be
ppat least one person to stay behind the table at all times.
7. SELLING
• People may not always approach
you. Get out from behind
e tables and approach them. Please do not go into the shops
as
pthey are dealing with their potential customers.
