E Day
E day is an important training day for both Company Directors, Company Personal and Teachers.
The 2008 E Day is March Friday 14 at the Invercargill Workingmen's Club 8:30am - 12:40 pm.

This day is for the students to understand their rolls within the company and learn some skills on how to carry these out.
The day comprises of total group seminars, workshops, and a team challenge.
The team challenge completes the day with the teams, made up from mixing students from all schools using the skills learnt, being given a product or service challenge at the being of the day from which they must formulate a company and idea bringing it through to a marketable product at the end of the day on which the teams will compete.
Usually by E day, the students have some idea of the roll they wish to play and can then enter into the appropriate work shop.
These are Managing Director; Sales and Marketing; Communications; Finance; and Production.
Students that do not wish to take up a director’s roll enter the workshop most approate for the roll they will be taking or wish to learn about, the workshops are run by professionals who specialise in the workshop theme.
