(not already a client of EC Credit Control we shall provide
documentation compliant with New Zealand law consisting of:
a) Industry specific full and comprehensive Terms of
Trade.
b) Quote Forms, Variation Forms, Personal Guarantee Forms, Credit
Application Forms and various industry specific forms.
c) Privacy Policy & Procedures Manual.
d) A FREE review of any members current Terms of Trade
Debt Recovery-
EC Credit offers a robust and effective Debt Recovery process which
is based around a 28 day collection process. Our pricing is based
around No Collection – No Commission.
We use a prepaid voucher system which has a $50+gst per debt cost
at the time of loading.
We can provide members with either a book of 10 or 5
vouchers.
We will provide FREE online access for each member allowing them
the ability to load debts electronically and view the progress of
the collection process on debts loaded and process
reports.
Through EC’s corporate relationship with Veda Advantage, we offer
credit checking facility. The Annual subscription for being a Veda
Client is $235.00+gst for clients using Direct Debit, or
$320.00+gst if paying by cheque. Additional per-usage costs may
apply.
