This is run as a 7:00am breakfast or a 5:30pm nibbles and drinks
event.
The first 20 minutes are for eats and networking.
The MC will call for participants to take their seat at the tables.
Places will be labeled with a letter and a number, e.g. 1A, 2B
etc..
The MC will explain the process and then set the meeting
underway.
Those seated at a letter A will be the first to commence.
Each person will have two minutes to outline/promote/talk about
their business/goods/services, and pass out business cards.
A bell will mark the end of each presentation.
No-one is permitted more than 2 minutes!
Then it is the turn of the person seated at the letter B…..and
so on around the table until everyone at the table has had a
turn.
The MC will then rearrange the seating at the tables according
to a formula and the process will repeat itself twice more. (making
a total of three times).
This means participants get to directly talk to a minimum of 15
people, still leaving some time to network with the remaining
numbers who they haven’t encountered at a table.
We suggest a good supply of business cards is essential, so
people can take away your contact details.
We do ask that you do not register for this event if you know
you have to leave prior to the two hours being up. This will cause
formatting problems.
This event is, or can be a good investment in your business,
