Business Club

Business Club meets twice a year throughout the country; this is a National Chamber event with a set format. They are held in Nelson, Christchurch Dunedin and Invercargill with Invercargill and Nelson having one event per year alternately. They are promoted and open to the whole business community with free admittance for Chamber members.
Business Club events aim to motivate and inspire New Zealand businesses with real life examples from companies who have reached the highest level of business success within their chosen field. Business Club is about celebrating and encouraging growth and success in small and medium sized New Zealand businesses. It promotes networking and provides a positive environment in which key business issues can be addressed. | |
Keynote speakers
Leading figures in business are chosen as speakers for the contribution they can make on topics relating to building, enjoying and maintaining business success.
Table Top Expo
Business Club events offer Chamber members the opportunity to exhibit at the event in the “Table Top Expo”. This is a great display opportunity for members that want a cost effective and fun promotional opportunity. $100.00 plus GST buys a 1.8metre x 1metre table top display space. This cost includes the table, a table cloth and power at the site.
Solutions Session
A Solutions Session is held prior to the keynote speaker and table top exhibition. The aim of this session is to provide business solutions to attendees through case studies and demonstrations, in an informal setting. Attendees are provided with information on a variety of solutions by presenter Grant Sidaway. These have been designed to help business run more efficiently and effectively. Topics range from mobility issues - with a theme of work and life balance - to communication issues with a theme around cost efficiency/globalisation etc.
