Allan Pease
"Why Men don't listen & Women can't read road maps"

Late afternoon on July 7th saw 485 people join Allan Pease at the Ascot hotel for over one and a half-hours of on entertaining insight into the differences between men and women. Allan was brought accross the ditch by NZIM and Chamber Southland to hold a invitation address to the business community.
Allan was articulate, amusing and full of anecdotes that often had the crowd in stitches. His use of two large screens either side of the stage showed graphics and highlighted points he was making. | |
A lot of companies took this as an opportunity to reward clients and staff by making block bookings with over half staying on for drinks, nibbles and networking. A large number of his best selling books were sold on the night.
The Chamber held a promotion compertition by asking the question:
"When was the first official registered meeting of the Chamber of Commerce in Southland?"
