Bill English proved to be an excellent host at the Busness After 5 on Monday June 20th to officialy open his new Main St Office in Gore.
But he did also manage to pick up the winner’s cheque from the Chamber’s Super 12 Rugby Tipping Competition. Although I’m not sure why - he had absolutely nothing to do with it! Credit goes to Glenys and Mary in his Office for defeating 42 other teams to claim victory.

Pictured left to right: Craig (who provided some guidance when asked) and Mary Pullar, Glenys Dickson, Bill English (who looks very keen to take the money and run ) and Competition organizer Nick Jeffrey, dressed especially in blue, handing over the cheque for $500.
The Eastern Southland members annual NPC Rugby Tipping Competition kicked off a few weeks ago. A total of 39 teams are looking to follow in “Right Talk’s” footsteps over the next few months.
