“August Breakfast Business Babble”

The Heartland Hotel Croydon provided a warm and inviting
environment in which our 4th eastern Southland early morning
Breakfast Babble. |
We were very honoured to have Noreen McLoughlin as our guest
speaker for the morning. Noreen has been running her own
Professional Development business for the past five years.
After everyone had helped themselves to the much needed
pick-me-up of a cup of coffee and an indulgent cooked breakfast
Noreen started to work her magic.
Her focus for the morning was our contribution in influencing
positive change in our workplace. By using a stone at each place
setting with a word written on it she was able to get thought’s and
idea’s from each individual as to how that word could positively
influence their work environment. A few of the word’s were Honesty,
Flexibility, Unity and Tact.
She left us with one goal for the day and that was to take one
of the word’s we had discussed and put it into practise today!
Another early rise made worthwhile.
