Customer Service Award 2009
The Customer Service Award for 2009 attracted an outstanding 16
nominations. A four page spread that featured in an edition of the
Newslink called for the public to put forward their vote for who
they believed had given them the best Customer Service in 2009.
The awards were held on Saturday the 31st of October at the
Heartland Hotel. The evening as always was very popular with a sell
out crowd of 390 attending. Guest speaker Mr Keith Quinn, veteran
television commentator, captivated the audience for close to an
hour.
| The Winner of the mystery shop was Donald Buckley
Photographics. In addition to the trophy they also received $1000
worth of advertising courtesy of the Radio Network and
complimentary membership to the Eastern Southland Chamber of
Commerce. |

Donald Buckley Photographics also took out first place for the
people’s choice award.
The Runner-Up of the mystery shop was South Gore Dairy.
Congratulations to all nominees of the award. Once again they
were all of very high standard.
