| 310 people attended the 2011 TradeQual celebration dinner to recognise the achievement of the 61 trade graduates that were present. Graduates, their families, friends, many employers and ITO’s enjoyed a buffet dinner, guest speaker and the presentation of the recognition certificates. |

| Guest speaker this year was Adventurer and explorer Kevin Bigger. |
Kevin highlighted his exploits, in particular the 5oookm Trans- Atlantic Rowing Race that he and team member Jamie Fitzgerald won by also breaking the world record.
He also described the detail and hardships of the first ever unsupported trek that they archived from the coast of the Antarctica to the South Pole. |

| He related these to goal setting and planning in every phase of a person’s career or business. |
Chamber President Dave Rohan along with Mayor Frana Cardno, Deputy Mayors’ Jackie Kruger and Cliff Bolger presented the framed certificates with each graduate also receiving a gift pack from E Hays and Son Hardware.
