A Monday lunchtime is not when you’d usually expect to see 150 Southland businesswomen don a little bling and take a relaxing hour or so out of a busy day.

Annah Stretton’s visit south was the impetus for a capacity audience at the Kelvin Hotel Function venue on November first, as Annah spoke about her philosophy on life, family, business and making it all gel into one highly successful package.
Annah was promoting her recently released book Wise Heart, and spoke quite candidly to the audience about the book and magazine publishing arm of the Stretton Group and of course the highly successful chain of Annah S clothing stores.

Sticking to ones principals, never taking No for an answer and ensuring the team around her shared her vision and drive were just a few of the tricks of the trade which has seen the Stretton Group grow to what it is from very small beginnings from a home office environment.
Fantastic food, good company and a zest for success appeared to be the order of the day with guests departing after Annah’s book signing with a renewed glint in many an eye.
