BNZ BA5
Aug 2010
| The Invercargill BNZ Partners Business Centre opened the doors
to Chamber Of Commerce guests in late August, around 50 members
attended to view and the premises and technology available for
use. |
 |
Managing Partner for Southland, Jared Collie spoke about the BNZ’s
philosophy behind establishing these centers, stressing the long
tradition the BNZ has had, of returning something of value to the
community as a whole and this hi tech complex being the latest
incarnation of that.
 |
Jared was followed by Phil Taylor, Senior Treasury Dealer,
speaking on economic cycles for SMEs and guarding against outside
influences negative impacts locally.
Phil used the example of Citibank’s collapse in the US to trace the
flow on effects back to our front doors. Phil’s ( almost easy to
follow, for the lay person! ) presentation finished with a number
of Q&As from the audience.
|
Guests attention then headed towards the rest of the centers
offerings, with time for a good look through the complex.
| Everything here is available free of charge, from casual
meeting spaces for personal one on ones, to a 20 seat boardroom
which includes wireless broadband, broadband enabled electronic
whiteboards, phone conferencing and also video conferencing between
similar BNZ Partners Centres around the country. |
 |
All completed with a state of the art coffee machine, the BNZ crew
are happy to see you anytime, even if only for a pit-stop and cuppa
between meetings.
With the centre having been open now for a number of weeks, word
has spread and demand for bookings is growing, but the 7am to 7pm
opening hours means few problems in booking space…
Did we mention that anyone is welcome, not just BNZ
customers.
