We are sure you will understand
Please note:
Because catering and other arrangements have had to been made and have to be paid for.
Because preparations for seminars begin 10 days prior.
Because numbers to events or seminars/training are often limited and costings are based on the numbers.
Because there maybe a waiting list of other wishing to attend.

Therefore to obtain a full refund we require 10 days notice.
Cancellations within 10 days may result in a partial or full loss of registration fees depending on numbers and costs.
We also nead to reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute presenters and/or vary advertised programmes.
Should the seminar fail to attract a minimum number of participants, we must reserve the right to cancel it.
