This workshop looks at how we can assert ourselves fearlessly when there are power imbalances.
It shows you how you can speak directly when facing someone in authority.
You can learn to handle people who try to brow-beat or rush or confuse you. These skills aren't hard to learn.
There are many misunderstandings about what assertiveness is, and we address these in this programme
