Businesses are starting to consider social media a new tool for
customer communications, marketing and sales. This course will
address what Twitter and associated services offer, how to set
up a user account for your business and getting started using it.
Importantly we also address how to integrate it into your marketing
and sales strategy and tactical implementation.
Tools using twitter for group chats, hashtags, search, automatic
posting and desktop usage will be demonstrated.
