Overview
How, as a small employer, you can improve your employment procedures so that you reduce wasted time and resources and enhance employment relationships.
This workshop will also help employers understand how to use the kit and adapt it to their industry or enterprise. Contents of the kit include material relating to selection and engagement of staff, holidays, leave and time off work, personal development and training.

*Implementation Assistance
Participants who attend the workshop can ask for implementation assistance with setting up their ER procedures and customising the material to suit their specific needs. This will involve up to 3 hours with a Consultant - after such time participants will be able to demonstrate how the revised procedures will work in their employment situation.
