NOTICE OF:
2006-2007 Annual General Meeting.
Notice is hereby given that the 2006-2007 Annual General Meeting of the Chamber of Commerce Southland Inc will be held:
Thursday May 29th 2008.
The function will commence with drinks from 5.30p.m with the AGM at 6:00pm, this will be followed by a Guest Speaker Rod Drury- R.S.V.P May 20 2008
Nomination forms for the positions available on the 2007/2008 Southland Board can be downloaded here.
This form must be completed and forwarded to the C.E.O at the Chamber office, PO Box 856, Invercargill 9840 or delivered to the Chamber Business Centre, Cr Esk St & Leven St Invercargill By 5.pm Tuesday May 13th 2008
After the close of nominations, registered member representatives will be advised of postal or electronic voting procedure for the election of the 2007-2008 board.
Voting & Proxies
In accordance with the Constitution only financial members at the time of the Annual General Meeting will be eligible to vote.
Members are reminded that they must register their representative to vote and that they are entitled to 1 vote per member by attendance at the above meeting, by internet voting (where applicable) or that they may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place.

• Minutes from previous A.G.M held May 29 2007
• Adoption of Presidents report and accounts
• Board Change over
• Election of 2007-2008 Auditors.
