election of committee for the Eastern Southland Executive Committee
of the Chamber of Commerce Southland Inc will be held:

In accordance with the Constitution only financial members
at the time of the Annual Meeting will be eligible to vote.
Members are reminded that they must register their
representative to vote and that they are entitled to 1
vote per member by attendance at the above meeting, by
internet voting (where applicable) or that they may appoint a proxy
to attend and vote in their place.
