Guidelines
1. To be awarded to acknowledge, encourage, reward and most importantly promote the customer service achievements of businesses in the Gore District.
2. Nominations must be made on the official nomination form. Each nominee is to have one nominator and one seconder. Gore District Council elected representatives are not eligible to be nominators or seconders.
3. Any person who has received excellent customer service from any business in the Gore District may make a nomination. Where an organisation or association is making the nomination on behalf of the organisation, two executive officers are required to sign and record the title of their office on the nomination form.
4. Information given concerning nominated businesses should include all details in respect of the customer service given by the business to assist the selection panel. The nominated business must be located within Eastern Southland.
5. The decision of the judging panel shall be final insofar as whether any nomination is accepted for consideration.
