A link to vote is sent to the e mail of the listed contact on the Chamber Southland data base only

When submitting your vote the on line data base will:

Check that the submitter is eligible to vote from a combination which will include
The Member's Contact Person’s listed e mail and either one of the following:
Membership number
Member/Company name
Member contact person’s name

That a vote has not already been submitted on the same e mail

If both votes on the submitted form are for the same person – the second vote will automatically fall off, submitting only the first.
OTHER
If a 2nd voting submission is received using the same e mail address this will be flagged and the Chamber will be notified.
If the e mail submitted on the vote does not match the member data base this will be flagged, rejected and the Chamber will be notified.
