Advertising and Promotion Opportunities

On Joining the Chamber as a member your business (unless you opt out) will be entered into the Southland Internet Business Directory in the category listing at no charge. You will also be encouraged to put a profile of your business into the Chamber newsletter ‘Chamberlink’ this profile will be of way of introduction of your business and is complimentary on joining.

Direct Marketing
We do not give out or sell any of our data bases:
But we do supply a cost effective direct marketing service.
We can manage all the logistics for you and you can be assured of a quality service and of reaching an accurate database of Southland business people. A standard mail out would be a printed insert which we can print or can be supplied by you, which we will label and post. An option and cost effective quantity mailing is a personalised letter merged with list details including name, position, company, address etc.

Chamberlink
Chamber Southland’s Newsletter ‘Chamberlink' is mailed free to members and is published 11 months of the calendar year. It contains useful business information, interesting topics and reports, for the cross section of member’s interests.
There is opportunity here for advertising in the body of the newsletter by column, block, or line or by the insert of a flyer. Sponsorship of an article is available to members by arrangement.

Gold Card
Each member on renewal of membership receives a membership ‘Gold card’ and a list of fellow members that offer a member to member discount. Listing as a supplier is an ideal way to increase your profile and market share, there is no direct cost involved.

Business Directory
The Southland Internet Business Directory is an independent directory that the Chamber has sourced the rights to. We are able to offer financial members a free print listing and a subsidised business profile listing. More….

Events Promotion
A popular and most effective way to reach an interested market is to host a Chamber event. The most popular is the BA5 (business after 5) event. Events are usually hosted by an individual business identity but they can be joint hosted between members or with the Chamber. More…..
